Motivated by personal experiences, notably her grandmother's cancer diagnosis, Erika embarked on a career path driven by compassion and empathy. As a Long Term Care Specialist in a hospice facility, she provided invaluable support to families navigating through challenging times, offering guidance and resources with unwavering dedication.
